Come and find out everything you ever wanted to know about home and water birth.



This workshop is run by Olivia Lester a highly experienced Birth Educator and Michelle Barnes a Birth Doula. Both Olivia and Michelle have given birth at home and in water and have supported other women to do so.

This informal session includes:
* Why homebirth?
* Helping Parents through any difficulties they might encounter
* Practicalities
* Birth Pool in a Box demonstration and opportunity to try it out if you wish
* Sort out the misconceptions & gain confidence in the use of water for child birth
* Optimal positions in the pool
* Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and hear a birth story
* Information to take away and ongoing support if needed.

Cost including refreshments (non refundable):

£10 per person to be paid at least 48 hours before the session or
£12 per person on the door

All workshops will be held at Riverdale Studio, Riverdale, 89 Graham Road, Sheffield, S10 3GP.
