Come and find out everything you ever wanted to know about home birth including birth pool in a box demonstration.
This workshop is run by Olivia Lester a highly experienced Birth Educator and/or Michelle Barnes a Birth Doula and founder of Sheffield Homebirth Group. Both Olivia and Michelle have given birth at home and in water.
This informal session will cover:
* Why homebirth?
* Planning a homebirth (including how to deal with any difficulties you might encounter)
* Practicalities
* Birth Pool in a Box demonstration and opportunity to try it out if you wish
* Optimal positions in the pool
* Opportunity to ask questions and hear a bith story
* Information to take away and ongoing support if needed.
Workshops can be held at your house at a time that is convenient for you or at the studio with a small group.
Cost:
One to one - £15 per person or
with a small group - £10 per person
